Place to call home is wholly owned by Mercury Land Holdings (MLH), a developer focused on the delivery of high quality homes for private rent across Havering.

London’s population is set to reach 9.5m by 2020, and one of the largest increases will be those in their 20s and 30s who may no longer be able to aspire to home ownership as house prices continue to rise in the capital.

In answer to the increased demand from private sector tenants for quality and professionally managed accommodation, MLH is focused on delivering well-located and well-managed private rented accommodation, with direct links into central London.

Cathedral Court is the first development by MLH, with two private rental developments in Havering in the pipeline.

Mercury Land holdings is wholly owned by the London Borough of Havering.
